So make money organising those Big Madam Closets full of cloths and stuf they might not use again. Additional funds may come from garage sales. Or an online garage sale if some clients don't want anyone to know they buy second hand. Befor u know it, U r the Next Ebay.
Nija suffers from inferiority complex: I must be seen to be doing something big to be respected. Remember there r many doing small jobs and r not walking broke in high investments.

If u will agree with me, as an employee how often did u receive a company or job drill? Many told me not often, more said almost none.
Its almost like, they dig and dump u in the job, and then start querying u for lack of performance.
As an entity u must educate ur staff on how U Do business, and not leaving them to figure it out!!! Its like bringing a child to this world and expecting him/her to get it right from the go.
